About The Event

COVID-19 Protocols:

Temperatures will be taken at entry, and I.D.s checked as appropriate. All  guests, performers and staff are required to wear a mask.  Guests and  staff are expected to properly wear their masks any time they are not  drinking or eating.  Drinks and food may only be consumed while seated  at your table or seat.  Performers will be spaced appropriately, and  masked when entering or leaving the stage area. The bar area will be  void of furniture to allow ample space to maintain social distance while  ordering drinks.  To limit interactivity, only one person per group may  order and return with drinks at a time.

Touchless hand sanitizers are placed throughout the venue.

Venue HVAC systems have been upgraded with UV filters to provide sanitized air.

In addition to other cleaning protocols, a fogger machine is used to sanitize the entire facility between venue events. All tables and seated parties are spaced a minimum of 6ft apart.

Performers will be on stage only, a minimum of 10 feet from seating.

Food

Food  ordered from the Claybourne Grille food truck may be eaten outside  (weather permitting) while maintaining social distancing protocols.   Food may be brought inside, provided that guests are responsible for  cleaning their tables and taking trash to trash receptacles inside the  venue.

Show Procedures

Seating  is arranged to maximize occupancy, while maintaining safe social  distancing protocols.  Ticket sales are for tables of either two  ($20.00) or four ($40.00).

This  is a concert-style program, rather than a “club” environment.  To  reduce traffic inside the venue, please try to limit your movements once  you’ve been seated.  There will be time before the first act, and a  brief intermission between acts, for guests to revisit the bar or food  truck and for necessary “nature breaks”. Table service is available on-line from your seat.

Please  avoid congregating at the exits as you are leaving.  If you notice a  large queue, remain seated and wait until the group has dispersed before  you exit.

Tickets & Seating Pre-sale tickets are available online from SoundValleyDayton.com.  Open seating will be used, but tables and seats may NOT be pulled  together to accommodate groups or individual preferences.  There are no  refunds for tickets. EXCEPTION: if a person is denied entry due to  temperature protocols, we will take that individual’s contact  information and forward the appropriate refund to that individual (or  group) in a timely manner.  Tickets at the door, if available, will be  $15.00 per person.
