One of the most singular voices in American entertainment comes to The Brightside. The Yellow Springs Film Festival brings comedian, actress, singer, and author Sandra Bernhard to Dayton for an intimate moderated conversation spanning nearly five decades of a career that has never once been easy to define — and that's exactly the point.
Fresh from filming White Lotus Season 4 in the South of France, Bernhard is having a moment. She can currently be seen in A24's Marty Supreme alongside Timothée Chalamet (directed by Josh Safdie), as a guest judge on RuPaul's Drag Race, and in Season 2 of both Survival of the Thickest (Netflix) and Percy Jackson & the Olympians (Disney+).
