An evening of hazy, introspective indie rock lands at The Brightside when Huntsville, Alabama's Gawshock makes the trip to Dayton. The solo project of David Broome has been quietly earning a devoted following for its dreamy, slowcore-adjacent sound — lo-fi recordings that exist somewhere between the distant ache of Duster and the melodic softness of The Carpenters. His latest record Unless If has been turning heads in underground indie circles, and this is a rare chance to catch him live.
