Meet Kelly on the dance floor EVERY Monday at 5:30 pm and we will dance, sweat, shout and let it all out! INNERGIZE is high energy dance fitness empowering you to Move like you love yourself because you are worth it! Women make the world go round and we are stronger together so let’s uplift each other and dance like no one’s watching!
